Lab Research Assistant - Dr. Ranganathan

Salary/Position Classification
  • 17.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
  • 10 hours per week
  • 100% Remote Work Availability: No
  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist the PI in the development of AI models and perform data analysis
  • Assist the PI in data collection from IoT devices
  • Prepare documentation and technical reports 
Minimum Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of computer science, computer networks, communication systems, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Programming skills, e.g., Python, Pytorch, TensorFlow
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
