Lo que harás:
Tiene la responsabilidad de proveer apoyo técnico al personal y las líneas de producción de Ensamblaje y "Feeders" para asegurar el mejor funcionamiento y mejoramiento continuo de los procesos de manufactura. Todas las tareas deben realizarse siguiendo las normas de seguridad, estándares de calidad, las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.
Tareas Principales según áreas asignadas:
1. Proveer apoyo técnico y operacional al área de producción.
2. Proveer soporte técnico a la implementación de cambios, equipos, maquinarias y/o nuevos procesos y productos.
3. Desarrollar secuencias operacionales para los productos manufacturados en las líneas y la documentación correspondiente.
4. Desarrollar procedimientos y métodos operacionales de las lineas de produccion según sea requerido.
5. Asistir al personal del departamento de producción en el análisis y solución de problemas en las líneas de manufactura y/o estándares de calidad por medio de estudios de movimiento y tiempo y/o análisis estadísticos.
6. Documentar resultados de los estudios de movimiento, tiempo y secuencias operacionales, proveer insumo/sugerencias sobre posibles modificaciones y acciones correctivas.
7. Revisar y asegurar que los procesos siguen las especificaciones de los productos.
8. Asistir en las implementaciones de equipos/fixtures y herrmientas asi como validaciones de las mismas
9. Apoyo en la implementacion de cambios de ingeniería y procesos (MCO/TCR)
10. Apoyo en el deployment de las nuevas revisiones de las documentaciones de manufactura y carpetas.
11. Crear y/o actualizar MIL's, SW, WRA, MOC y ayudas visuales según amerite.
12. Asistir en los cambios de set ups de algunos equipos de manufactura
13. Asistir en la integracion y validacion de nuevos productos y respectivas actividades asociadas para mejorar los procesos del mismo.
14. Asistir en el área de pruebas del Departamento de Ensamblaje, que incluye soporte diario, resolución de problemas, reparación y mejora continua (KAIZEN).
Requisitos:
Educación/Experiencia/Cerfiticaciones o Licencias:
• Bachillerato completado en ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, electronica, industrial o química.
• Experiencia - 1 año al menos de experiencia en ambiente de manufactura, procesos y equipos industriales de complejidad avanzada, puede incluir experiencia en proyectos como: Capstone, COOP o Practicas de trabajo.
Competencias/Conocimientos:
• Leer, escribir y hablar inglés - nivel avanzado.
• Conocimientos en procesos atados a calidad (solución de problemas, CQM y DMR) e ISO9001.
• Conocimientos en procesos y herramientas atadas a la metodología Lean.
Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 7:00 am a 4:00 pm.
