We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

  • Industrial Engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing and business process optimization initiatives focused on improving operational performance, supply continuity, and process efficiency. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements that increase manufacturing capacity, reduce lead time, minimize work-in-process (WIP), improve fill rates, and enhance overall operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and implement manufacturing and/or business process improvements to increase operational capacity, reduce lead times, eliminate non-value-added activities, reduce WIP, and improve fill rates and efficiency.
  • Conduct capacity analyses for internal operations and suppliers, including headcount, equipment utilization, and space requirements.
  • Utilize simulation software and analytical tools to model processes and support decision-making.
  • Design, implement, and maintain performance metrics and KPIs with internal customers and suppliers to support uninterrupted supply.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product supply issues.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement sustainable corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, operations, or process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with capacity analysis, process optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional manufacturing environments and with suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated or complex manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
