Your role at Clorox:

Works under limited supervision as a qualified, multi-skilled technician in performing a variety of assigned equipment maintenance and repair work. Areas of multi-skilled responsibilities include but not limited to: welding, sheet metal, carpentry, pipe fitting, machinery, rolling stock, mechanical power transmission, rotary equipment, stationary equipment, PC program manipulation, electrical devices, and wiring.
Starting hourly rate: $29.32 hr

In this role, you will:

Diagnosis of electrical and mechanical malfunction; identifies and

secures replacement parts; and makes necessary repairs.

Helps support and assist operators.

Complete WO's and PM's in a timely manner with minimal direction.

Uphold maintenance standards

Flow to the work leadership

Utilize CMMS system(document labor hrs & spare part accurately on

all equipment, work order processes, documentation processes)

Document equipment, drawing changes, & help maintain equipment

history files.

Other duties as assigned

What we look for:

Required Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience: team leadership, scheduling/planning, etc. Needs the ability to manage teams during shutdown, down days, and breakdowns.
  • Proven track record of decision making and critical thinking.
  • Computer skills
  • Demonstrated mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical aptitude.
  • Welding and Fabrication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in applicable field, or better
  • Existing skills in welding, sheet metal, carpentry, pipe fitting, machinery, rolling stock, mechanical power transmission, rotary equipment, stationary equipment, PC program manipulation, electrical devices, and/or wiring.
  • Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, ANSI, and other applicable standards
  • Familiarity with drawings: electrical, mechanical, and/or structural
  • Familiarity with WCO methodologies
