About the Role Are you ready to power up your career. We're looking for a Generator Technician to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical generators for critical facilities. As a hands-on problem solver with expertise in engines and electrical systems, you'll ensure that vital power systems stay operational.

Key Responsibilities Installation & Setup: Install generators, make electrical connections, set up fuel supply, and perform load testing to ensure readiness. Scheduled Maintenance: Conduct inspections, change oil and coolant, replace filters, belts, and hoses, and ensure optimal generator performance.

Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including components like control systems and voltage regulators. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards to prevent hazards and properly dispose of materials such as oil and filters. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and recommendations for upgrades or repairs.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, provide cost estimates, explain work completed, and ensure customer satisfaction. Emergency Response: Participate in on-call rotations to address power outages and quickly restore operations. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided!). Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.

Strong communication skills with attention to detail. Physical fitness to handle equipment and lift heavy items occasionally. Preferred: Certification in generator maintenance or equivalent hands-on experience.
