  • Oversee implementation and delivery of designed solutions ranging from new platform implementations to journey and workflow implementations
  • Design scalable solutions using platforms and data models that reflect how client businesses operate
  • Write and review SQL in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
  • Partner closely with Salesforce developers and Junior Consultants to guide implementation
  • QA all solution implementations vs requirements prior to client delivery

Why Work at Tria Prima

Tria Prima is built for senior consultants who want client and solution ownership, autonomy, and real client impact.

Our consultants operate in complex, B2B and B2C environments and are expected to own their work like it’s their client and their reputation on the line. We value pragmatic solutions, rapid delivery, and high quality over over‑engineering or perfectionism.

This is not an order‑taking environment. Consultants are expected to form opinions, engage directly with clients, and create structure where ambiguity exists. Clear documentation, reliable execution, and attention to the small things that scale are core to how we work. We expect all consultants to be continuously learning in order to bring more creative solutions to Tria Prima clients.

Consultants succeed at Tria Prima because they enjoy solving new problems, working with trusted long‑term clients, and contributing to client solutions and to the growth of the firm and its products. This role offers REAL LIFE flexibility, exposure to cutting‑edge industry challenges, and the chance to make a tangible difference in client operations.
