To thrive as an Hourly Driver, you need a valid driver's license, a good driving record, knowledge of traffic laws, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems, route optimization software, and sometimes commercial driving certifications (such as a CDL) can be required depending on the vehicle type.
