One80 Intermediariesis seeking anAVMA Service Support Representativeto join our growing team!

TheService Support Representative'sroleis responsible forseveral areas of administration including application processing, claims processing, working incoming mail and other duties as assigned.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Responsible for knowing insurance plan details such as eligibility to complete applications, enrollments or claims accurately.

  • Responsible for meeting contractual department goals by completing daily work given within guidelines set by the insurance carrier or the association and working directly with the sales team or insurance carrier when need be if questions arise.

  • Assistin printing daily batches of issue packets for new business.

  • Assistin getting out-going mail tomailroomsdaily.

  • Process daily carrier decision files for new business.

  • Assign incoming mail to correctsubgroupswithin the department.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Minimum of 1 year of related operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiencywith basic PC skills including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Attention to detail with a demonstrated ability tomaintaina high-level of organization while prioritizing multiple tasks throughout the workday.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability tointerface effectively atall levels within an organization.

Pay Range

$16.50 - $16.50 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
