Dental Practice Concierge
ONLY PEOPLE WITH 1 YEAR MINIMAL EXPERIENCE IN DENTAL APPLY
Applicants without Dental office and Dentrix experience will not be considered.

Location: Fremont, CA.
Schedule: | Monโ€“Fri 9โ€“6 PM | Sat 9-5: Temp-to-perm after 90 days probation.
About the role:
We are a busy, multi-doctor dental practice looking for a seasoned front-office professional who can independently manage daily operations. This is not a training role. This role requires treatment coordination, plan presentation, handling AR, and the ability to keep the practice scheduled effectively.

You are a strong fit if you:
  • Have 5+ years of front-office experience in a dental practice.
  • Are fully fluent in Dentrix (scheduling, ledgers, reports).
  • Can manage same-day schedule changes, no-shows, and staffing gaps calmly.
  • Understand insurance workflows (verification, basic billing, estimates).
  • Are steady under pressure and not reactive or emotional.
  • Do not need constant direction or approval to do your job.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-of schedule management and patient flow.
  • Front desk oversight (check-in, check-out, copays).
  • Dentrix reporting and daily reconciliation.
  • Insurance coordination and estimates.
  • Clear communication with doctors and the clinical team.
  • Maintain structure during staffing gaps.

Important note:
This role does not involve staff discipline, PTO approvals, or HR decision-making.
