FRONT DESK & INSURANCE COORDINATOR
Dentrix Experience Required
We are a well-established, mixed PPO and out-of-network dental practice, seeking a confident, experienced team member with strong knowledge of dental insurance, claims processing, and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
  • Submit, track, and follow up on dental insurance claims
  • Manage insurance aging reports (30/60/90+ days)
  • Post insurance and patient payments accurately in Dentrix
  • Understand and apply PPO fee schedules and out-of-network billing protocols
  • Send pre-determinations and follow up as needed
  • Submit and manage secondary insurance claims
  • Verify patient benefits, accurately input information into Dentrix
  • Schedule appointments and support front desk operations
  • Maintain organized documentation of claims, narratives, and correspondence
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of dental front desk experience
  • Strong knowledge of PPO insurance plans and out-of-network processing
  • Proficiency in Dentrix
  • Some clinical/back-office experience is a plus
Compensation:
