Job Description

Position: Data Center Operations

Duration: 5 Months +

Location: Dublin, OH


(W2 Candidates Only)


 Responsibilities:

24x7 technical support for the center 

4 * 10 hour, second shift rotation (1400 - 0100) 

Server and network hardware installs and de-installs 

Perform cable site surveys and cable runs 

Address hardware troubleshooting needs 

Perform environmental monitoring within the Center 

Ability to lift 30lbs and reach under sub-floor for installing or removing cables. 

Good understanding of data center hardware and technology 

Good understanding of facilities infrastructure 

Excellent troubleshooting skills 

Excellent team and customer skills 

PC skills including Microsoft Office 

Good written and verbal communications in English 


Qualifications: 

2-3 years in operations environment 

Working knowledge of Generator, UPS, and HVAC systems. 

Associates degree or higher
