Job description

Role- Project coordinator

Location: Frisco TX (Onsite)

JD:

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate activities for data center migration planning
  • Support migration phases such as planning, readiness, execution, cutover, and decommissioning
  • Alignment of activities with approved project plan

Governance, Reporting & Controls

  • Ensure timely routing of issues to RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
  • Assist Project Manager/ Technical Team in publish status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates
  • Track mandatory security, access, safety, and other trainings for compliance
  • Support change management processes to get timely approvals and the needed documentation

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordination between project manager, planner, field technicians, data center operation team, and hosting providers
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders and customer for migration planning
  • Coordinate and work with team for MOPs for the CRQ
  • Coordinate resources and communication Technical Team for status calls, readiness reviews, and cutover bridges
  • Follow up on action items, approvals, access requests, and site readiness tasks with internal and external stakeholders

Cutover & Migration Support

  • Support migration execution by coordinating cutover activities, activity sequencing etc.
  • Track real‑time progress during migration events and escalate issues as required
  • Assist with post‑migration validation, issue tracking, and handover to operations
