We take pride in providing reliable, high-quality comfort solutions to our residential and commercial clients. Our team is growing, and were looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative.


Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for handling inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and chats, and respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments and technician dispatches
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction after service
  • Manage customer accounts and update records in the CRM system (Service Titan)
  • Handle billing inquiries and process payments when needed
  • Work closely with technicians and management to ensure timely service delivery
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when appropriate


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
  • 13 years of experience in customer service, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or home services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and CRM/scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar)
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
