Job description

Administrative Business Partner, Google Customer Solutions

Location: Google, New York, NY, USA

This role is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.

Qualifications
  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high‑tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience providing professional support, including complex calendar management, and influencing senior executives in fast‑paced environments.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and adapt plans on short notice while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive business matters with complete confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong communicator and team player capable of working cross‑functionally and managing multiple stakeholders concurrently.
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic administrative support, including managing complex global calendars, coordinating international travel, and preparing for business‑critical events.
  • Drive projects from initiation to completion, proactively solving problems, prioritizing effectively, and establishing structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership and cross‑functional teams, exercising excellent judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Plan and execute internal and external meetings, assisting with content development and conducting follow‑ups on action items.
  • Provide leadership to the E/ABP community while advocating for and program‑managing organization‑wide culture initiatives.

US: $96,000 - $138,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
