The Role: Be the Driving Force Behind Every Build

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will own your projects from start to finish. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of Site Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every project is on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.

What You’ll Do

Oversee Site Superintendents and drive project schedules for on-time completion
Keep projects on budget while delivering top-notch quality
Manage client relationships—be their trusted advisor and problem solver
Handle buyouts, purchase orders, and change orders
Control project schedules daily and weekly to anticipate and adjust to project conditions
Oversee billings and financials
Coordinate all activities from the ground up—from dirt to doors
Travel to job sites to ensure progress, meet with clients, and keep the vision on track

What You Need to Succeed

5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience or a Bachelor degree in Construction Mgmt or related field

You must be a driven self starter that can look ahead to address potential obstacles and issues on a project

Confidence and ability to keep subs accountable when it comes to schedule, quality, and cost control
A deep understanding of quality control, scheduling, and financials
Strong leadership and communication skills—you’ll be the one making things happen
Willingness to travel nationwide to oversee projects firsthand
