RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Atlanta, GA.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative contractor to join our Asset Protection Merchandising team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the development, execution, and sustainability of our product protection strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our Asset Protection initiatives are seamlessly integrated and effectively executed, all while maintaining a strong focus on the needs of our internal and external stakeholders.
Key Tasks:
* Business Analyst will support the execution of capital product protection initiatives through project coordination, auditing, and issue resolution
* Conduct photo audits and monitor project progress to ensure consistent implementation and compliance with established standards
* As a Business Analyst, you will maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation while communicating updates to stakeholders
* Support maintenance requests, field questions, and operational follow-up activities to help sustain Asset Protection programs
REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree program (or equivalent) in a field of study related to the job
* Analytical Skills: Experience using Excel to organize, analyze, and summarize data for business decision-making
* Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively and seamlessly in cross-functional team environments
* Mindset: A demonstrated customer-centric approach, focusing heavily on understanding and supporting the needs of both internal teams and external partners
* Adaptability: Ability to learn new processes quickly, work independently, and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Industry Experience: Prior practical experience in a brick-and-mortar retail environment or a closely related industry
* Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a strict attention to detail
* Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to drive results, build consensus, and foster alignment across teams without having direct authority
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
