Job Summary:

We’re looking for Team Members who take pride in making someone else’s day brighter. Our Tunnel Attendant Team Members embody Sun Day culture by leading with warmth and kindness in interactions with customers and colleagues, and contributing to creating the positive, up-beat environment our customers and Team Members can feel. We expect Tunnel Attendant Team Members to greet customers with warmth, energy and enthusiasm, and provide a level of service that exceeds expectations. We rely on our Tunnel Attendant Team Members to ensure that our customers are safe, have fun, and leave the car wash with a clean car and a feeling of pride and renewal.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Scrub and pre-wash cars before they enter the carwash tunnel
  • Visually inspect cars before they enter the carwash tunnel
  • Guide cars onto the carwash conveyor
  • Make sure customers put cars in neutral, turn windshield wipers off,  take foot off the brake and take hands off the steering wheel once car is loaded on the conveyor
  • Be attentive and always maintain a safe environment for customers and coworkers
  • Be polite and available to address any customer concerns in a professional manner
  • Give customers information about carwash packages and club memberships
  • Complete daily checklists to keep our carwash facility clean


Required Experience, Education, & Skills: 

  • To be considered for the opportunity, all you need to be is friendly, enthusiastic, and enjoy serving customers. No experience is required! We will teach you everything you need to know.
