Senior Recruiter - Business Professionals Day-to-Day TASKS & DUTIES Research and build prioritized lists of suitable and interested target client companies and candidates through referrals, social media, networking, and professional organizations. Post open job advertisements on job boards and LinkedIn Groups to source candidates. Facilitate & lead video interviews for screening & convincing Candidates on roles.

Dissect a candidate's various experiences to more closely match a job specification. Demonstrated comfort speaking with senior candidates who may earn $100,000 or more for professional-level roles in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Digital. You are a confident learner, able to teach yourself the language of new industries, companies, and jobs to speak to clients about fundamental business concepts.
