Role Description:
Fabricate and assemble engines, transmissions and aftertreatment components for diesel commercial trucks.
Emphasis on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Facility:
Cutting-edge automated facility with climate control.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday
1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
2nd Shift: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Starting Pay:
Take your pay rate from $22.54 to $30.61 per hour in a two year period! Pay increases every 6 months!!
6% Shift Differential for 2nd Shift Team Members

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble Engine and Powertrain Components: Obtain incoming components and assemble products according to process instructions, performing all necessary gauge verifications.
- Quality and Productivity: Perform duties to maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Support Team Objectives: Replace or assist others as needed to meet uptime objectives.
- Team Participation: Actively participate in the work group and business team.
- Continuous Improvement: Strive for continual improvement and focus on process optimization.
- Guidance and Training: Instruct, assist, and direct others as required.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with process instructions, PFMEA, and Control Plans; notify group leader of any deviations.
- Accountability: Accept accountability for achieving goals and planning strategies.

- Physical Requirements (Ability to do the following up to 10 hours per shift):
- Walk, stand, sit, bend, twist/turn, kneel, squat, crawl
- Climb using both legs and arms
- Head/neck movement
- Reach outward or above the shoulder
- Lift, carry, push, or pull 15-45 pounds
- Repetitive use of hands and fingers
- Use of vibrating tools
- Exposure to constant and intermittent noise, fumes, smoke and gases, solvents, paint, grease and oils, radiant energy, and slippery surfaces
- Must be willing to work any shift
