  • 40 hours/week, 7 Month Assignment

A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Medical Systems Analytics & Reporting Specialist to support the Medical Education & Communication team. This role will serve as a key liaison between business and technical stakeholders, leading system optimization, analytics, reporting, automation initiatives, and data-driven operational improvements across Medical Affairs functions.

Medical Systems Analytics & Reporting Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the infrastructure lead and primary point of contact for business partners by managing system requirements, supporting platform optimization, coordinating system transitions/implementations, and conducting user training on systems, access, and best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to manage data systems and reporting solutions, identify automation opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Analyze portfolio trends, organizational metrics, and business performance data to deliver actionable insights, strategic narratives, dashboards, and automated/custom reports supporting Medical Education & Communication initiatives.
  • Conduct system audits to maintain data integrity and compliance, document workflows and work instructions, and provide ongoing technical support to maximize system utility and reporting accuracy.
  • Lead complex projects and stakeholder collaboration efforts while supporting ad hoc analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across Medical Affairs and Medical Information operations.

Medical Systems Analytics & Reporting Specialist Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, business analytics, reporting, or a related field.
  • Advanced expertise with Salesforce systems, Tableau, and/or Qlik dashboards, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong understanding of Medical Affairs and Medical Information business operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into strategic insights, visual dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with strong investigational, analytical, and complex problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, influencing, and customer-service skills with the ability to build rapport across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Shift:

  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
  • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Monday to Friday.
