Job description

Expert Cleaning Solutions, LLC is a Charlotte area based professional, commercial cleaning company that is expanding service area and additional commercial businesses each quarter. We are seeking to support our expansion by hiring a reliable, detail-oriented cleaning professional to our Charlotte & Charlotte north-metro crew. This individual will be trustworthy to complete small jobs independently and a collaborative crew team member for larger customer jobs.

Cleaner Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for all basic cleaning in office buildings and commercial facilities including but not limited to:

  • Clean floors, surfaces and windows including dusting, damp and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, removing debris from the floor, dusting and organizing papers and supplies, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
  • Clean restrooms including restocking dispensers, cleaning and sanitizing sinks, countertops and fixtures, cleaning mirrors, wiping down partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, cleaning toilets and urinals, and emptying waste receptacles.
  • Waste management, sanitation and organization of assigned areas. Empty waste bins, recycle bins and shredders. Replace bin liners.
  • Stocks and maintains cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies.
  • Provides written summary of services rendered, reports any issues or additional cleaning opportunities.
  • Performs additional duties as needed.

Work Hours & Benefits: This role will provide routine cleaning hours Monday through Friday, primarily evenings, after 3 pm. There is possibility for overtime and specialty cleaning projects if desired. We provide fair hourly wages, wage increase and crew management.
