* Partner closely with the PMO/Transformation Office to provide accurate, timely, and actionable program data

* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical engineering teams and PMO/Transformation stakeholders
* Ability to understand technical work well enough to represent and advocate for the technology side of the program
* Strong ability to extract, analyze, organize, and communicate program data from Jira and other systems
* Demonstrated ability to be hands-on and drive work to completion, rather than simply facilitate meetings and ceremonies
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting digital banking or financial services technology
* Experience with large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs
* Experience supporting AI, cybersecurity, vulnerability remediation, CI/CD, or application modernization initiatives
* Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams and complex technical dependencies
* Experience working with PMOs, Transformation Offices, or enterprise program organizations
* Experience working across organizational boundaries to resolve technical dependencies and drive solutions
