ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Establish and cultivate effective business partnerships with customer decision makers and support staff.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Develop a sales strategy with your portfolio of customers to achieve organizational sales goals, including: assortment planning, new item introductions, promotions, and sales events targeted primarily on cordless tools, new generation of current best sellers and other products in our portfolio.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Develop a regular routine of customer communication, interaction and follow-up.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Actively participate in sales presentations and brand building opportunities within your customer organizations.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Conduct market research to understand and react to market trends.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Attend Trade Meetings, Industry Conventions to drive brands and develop customer relationships.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Analyze sales performance data and develop action plans to address sales opportunities.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Receive inbound customer calls to assist with product inquiries, sales orders and problem resolution.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Excellent, persuasive, verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Demonstrated negotiation skills.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Ability to interact professionally with executive level personnel within you customer portfolio.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Excellent computer skills, especially proficient in MS Office Word and Excel.ย 
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities to achieve desired goals. ย 
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Ability to work under pressure, changing priorities and demands.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย 1-2 years of experience selling to the hardware/tool retail customer with Pnuematic Tools,ย  Water Pumps or Compressors.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย High School Diploma or equivalent.
ย 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย 2-3 years of experience selling to the hardware/tool retail customer.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Bachelorโ€™s Degree in related field of study.
