Job description

Template Designer

Location: Ontario, CA(On-site)

Company: Lori Vision Studio Inc. / WowNow

About WowNow

WowNow is building a new category of “Physical-Digital Collectibles.”

Through our AI-powered creation platform and intelligent manufacturing network, users can instantly turn their ideas, memories, music, stories, and emotions into real collectible products.

Our core product, TimeTag, is a metal-crafted collectible embedded with NFC digital interaction. Users can tap a TimeTag to unlock videos, music, photos, AI experiences, and more.

We are currently expanding rapidly across the U.S. market through malls, pop-ups, events, stadiums, universities, and entertainment venues.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and culturally aware Template Designer to build WowNow’s U.S. collectible template ecosystem.

This role is not traditional graphic design.

You will create:

  • Highly collectible visual concepts
  • Strong identity-driven designs
  • Social-media-friendly collectible aesthetics
  • Templates optimized for metal engraving & relief production
  • Trend-sensitive U.S.-market visual systems

Your work will directly shape how users emotionally connect with WowNow products.

This is a fast-moving creative role for someone who understands:

  • American visual culture
  • Gen Z / youth aesthetics
  • Collectible culture
  • Internet-native design language
  • Physical product design limitations

Responsibilities

TimeTag Template Design

  • Design collectible-ready TimeTag visual templates for the U.S. market
  • Create visually impactful designs optimized for:
  • Metal engraving
  • Relief effects
  • UV printing
  • Physical manufacturing constraints
  • Build template collections across themes such as:
  • Sports
  • Music
  • Pets
  • Travel
  • Gaming
  • Pop culture
  • Holiday collections
  • Event-exclusive releases

Trend & Culture Research

  • Continuously monitor:
  • U.S. youth culture
  • TikTok / Instagram trends
  • Streetwear aesthetics
  • Collectible product trends
  • Entertainment & fandom culture
  • Translate cultural trends into scalable template concepts

Template System Development

  • Build reusable design systems and collections
  • Maintain visual consistency across categories
  • Develop scalable seasonal and IP-ready template libraries

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with:
  • Product team
  • Marketing team
  • AI generation team
  • Manufacturing team
  • Ensure designs are both visually compelling and manufacturable

AI-Assisted Creative Workflow

  • Utilize AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, image generation tools, etc.) to accelerate ideation and concept exploration
  • Curate and refine AI-generated outputs into production-quality designs

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong graphic design portfolio
  • Experience designing for U.S. consumer aesthetics
  • Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and visual storytelling
  • Familiarity with collectible culture / fandom culture / youth aesthetics
  • Ability to create “strong identity” designs rather than cluttered compositions
  • Experience with:
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Figma
  • Canva
  • AI image-generation tools
  • Strong taste level and visual judgment
  • Ability to move quickly in a startup environment

Preferred

  • Experience in:
  • Merchandise design
  • Trading cards
  • Stickers
  • Fashion graphics
  • Festival/event merchandise
  • Gaming or anime-related products
  • Understanding of physical manufacturing limitations
  • Experience with metal product or embossing design
  • Knowledge of U.S. sports, music, and pop culture ecosystems

What We’re Looking For

We are NOT looking for:

  • Overly “e-commerce” style design
  • Generic AI collage visuals
  • Overcomplicated layouts
  • Traditional corporate branding aesthetics

We ARE looking for:

  • Strong visual identity
  • Collectible feel
  • Social sharing appeal
  • Emotional connection
  • Bold, recognizable concepts
  • Internet-native aesthetics

Compensation

  • Hourly / Part-time / Full-time flexible depending on experience
  • Competitive compensation based on portfolio and production capability

Why Join Us

You’ll help define an entirely new category that combines:

  • AI creation
  • Intelligent manufacturing
  • Physical collectibles
  • Digital interaction
  • Emotional storytelling

This is a rare opportunity to shape the visual language of a next-generation consumer platform from the ground up.
