Job description

Job Title: House Manager
Location: Dallas, Texas 75209
Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week guaranteed, with opportunity for overtime hours
Schedule
  • Core hours typically 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday during the school year.
  • One late evening per week (approximately 5 hours) for date night coverage.
  • Weekend availability is essential but not guaranteed weekly, ranging from 5-6 hours to 18 hours depending on family needs.
  • Schedule resets quarterly based on children's sports seasons.
  • Summer schedule is similar but may include more daytime childcare hours as children attend various camps.

Compensation: $33-38/hour. Hours over 40 per week paid at the hourly rate. Performance bonus eligible.
