Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a talented Digital Commerce Specialist, Amazon, to assist in all aspects of Amazon site merchandising, product management, and sales analysis. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and interested in growing our e-commerce business. You will work with the team to help create a seamless online shopping experience and support initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
The Digital Commerce Specialist will help create an exceptional Amazon shopping experience and drive the holistic site strategy using customer insights and data to tell a cohesive story.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work with Assistant Manager on all day-to-day oversight of Amazon. This includes product catalog maintenance, onsite merchandising, and overall site monitoring
  • Ensure store product offerings are optimized through sales analysis and competitive research
  • Conduct store QA and work with development team to resolve any issues.
  • Stay up to date with emerging e-commerce trends with market research, best practices, and ensure the brand remains competitive in the online marketplace

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce merchandising role, preferably Amazon 1P/3P
  • General understanding of Amazon platform
  • Salsify experience a plus or other PIM platforms
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of the retail or beauty industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
