Job description

Off-Amazon Shopping (OAS) is redefining how Amazon acquires, understands, and serves products from across the internet on Amazon's surfaces. We power the experiences that bridge OAS merchants and Amazon shoppers - enabling seamless product ingestion into the Amazon catalog, product discovery, checkout, and order tracking for shoppers, and building tools for merchant onboarding and business management on Amazon.
We are looking for a Sr. TPM to drive projects that make this possible. You will coordinate across a complex multi-org program while engaging deeply with the technology, shaping decisions, resolving ambiguity early, and building mechanisms that let the org move fast without breaking quality.
Key job responsibilities
- Align and track goals across the OAS program and partner Amazon organizations, ensuring visibility into progress, dependencies, and risks at every level.
- Coordinate cross-team projects, including building scalable mechanisms for planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Partner with Product Managers and UX Designers to align project execution with customer requirements, working backwards from the customer experience to define priorities and success criteria.
- Partner with engineering teams to engage deeply with system architecture - understand the technical stack well enough to challenge designs, spot gaps and risks early, and propose alternative technical approaches during planning and execution.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
