Slip Robotics is a B2B Robotics-as-a-Service company deploying autonomous loading and unloading robots - SlipBots and SlipLifts - at warehouse and fulfillment sites across North America. Our customers are some of the largest shippers and 3PLs in the industry, and we're scaling fast. We build the robots, we deploy them, and we keep them running.

We're looking to hire a recruiter who thrives in high-volume, operationally critical hiring. You'll own end-to-end recruiting for our Production and Field Operations functions - the roles that directly determine how many customer sites go live and how well our fleet performs.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Field Technician, Field Engineer, and Operations roles
  • Build and maintain pipelines for shift-based, technically skilled field talent
  • Partner closely with Operations and Field Services hiring managers to define needs and move quickly
  • Manage candidates through ATS with clear communication and a strong candidate experience
  • Support workforce planning as we scale post-Series C Contribute to offer development, compensation benchmarking, and onboarding coordination

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, field services, or industrial/technical environments
  • Comfortable sourcing and screening for hourly, shift-based, and skilled trades roles - not just white-collar hiring
  • Strong communicator who can move fast without sacrificing candidate or hiring manager experience
