We are recruiting an Accounting Manager for a company experiencing rapid growth. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in strengthening accounting operations, supporting financial reporting, and partnering with leadership on strategic business initiatives. Responsibilities: · Own the full month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting. · Manage day-to-day accounting operations and serve as the primary internal resource for maintaining accurate and timely financial records. · Partner with external accounting providers and lead the transition of key accounting functions in-house as the organization continues to scale. · Prepare monthly financial statements, supporting schedules, and reporting packages for senior leadership, investors, and other stakeholders. · Maintain revenue and contract accounting schedules, ensuring proper treatment of customer agreements, invoicing activity, and related financial transactions. · Develop and manage cash flow forecasts, monitor working capital trends, and provide visibility into liquidity and operational cash requirements. · Perform budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual analyses, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities across the business. · Support operational and project-level reporting by analyzing profitability, performance metrics, resource utilization, and other key business drivers. · Coordinate annual audit activities, assist with compliance requirements, and support the implementation of internal controls, policies, and financial procedures. · Drive process improvements across accounting and finance functions, helping leadership build scalable reporting, forecasting, and operational finance capabilities within a high-growth environment. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with progressive experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or a combination of both. · Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, general ledger management, and full-cycle accounting processes. · Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and executive-level reporting in a dynamic business environment.
