Job Description
Hospitality Spotlight is partnering with a respected hotel ownership group in Georgia to hire an experienced Hotel General Manager. This leader will oversee all hotel operations, drive revenue performance, strengthen community and client relationships, and guide a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
The Work:
  • Oversee daily operations for a full-service branded hotel
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and frontline teams
  • Build strong relationships with guests, owners, brand partners, and the local community
  • Represent the hotel at community and industry events to drive new business
  • Model hands-on leadership and operational excellence
  • Implement efficient procedures and ensure brand consistency
  • Resolve challenges quickly and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Additional responsibilities as needed to support hotel success

What you've already done (requirements):
  • 6+ years as a General Manager with a full-service Hyatt, Hilton or Marriott brand
  • Progressive hotel experience across all major departments, including F&B and Sales
  • Proven success leading high-volume, full-service properties
  • Experience driving major operational changes in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated success in growing, rebranding, or repositioning a hotel
  • Strong presence in the local community and at industry events
  • Ability to lead teams while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Skilled at managing relationships with owners, corporate brand teams, vendors, and staff
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and set long-term strategy
  • Track record of improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High ethical standards and integrity

Compensation:
  • Base salary of 130k - 150k
  • Strong bonus potential tied to performance
