Champ d'application de la presente position

Relevant de la Directrice des finances, le ou la Specialiste comptabilite et projets soutient les activites financieres et comptables courantes de l'etablissement. Il ou elle participe a la gestion des comptes clients, au suivi du credit, a la verification des revenus et a la mise en uvre de projets financiers, notamment lors de changements de systemes ou d'ameliorations de processus.

Le poste offre une belle opportunite de developpement dans un environnement hotelier structure, favorisant la collaboration, la formation et la progression professionnelle.

Ce poste est un mandat temporaire de 6 mois avec possibilite de prolongation

 

Principales responsabilites

Soutien aux operations financieres

  • Aider a la verification des revenus et au suivi des ecarts, en collaboration avec l'equipe des finances et les departements concernes.
  • Contribuer aux activites de fin de mois (conciliations simples, verifications, documentation).
  • Assister dans le suivi des commissions d'agence.

Coordination et collaboration

  • Agir comme point de contact de soutien entre les finances et les equipes operationnelles (reception, ventes, reservations).
  • Communiquer les informations financieres de base et assurer un suivi adequat des demandes.
  • Contribuer a la bonne circulation de l'information ayant un impact financier.

Soutien aux projets et aux systemes

  • Participer aux projets financiers et comptables (ex. : transition ou amelioration de systemes).
  • Aider a la creation et a la mise a jour de documents de formation lies aux systemes financiers.
  • Offrir du soutien aux utilisateurs lors de l'implantation de nouveaux processus ou outils.
  • Effectuer des verifications de base pour assurer l'exactitude des donnees financieres apres des changements de systeme.

Amelioration continue et conformite

  • Documenter les enjeux recurrents et proposer des pistes d'amelioration.
  • Soutenir la preparation de documents requis pour les audits ou les besoins administratifs.
  • Appliquer les politiques et procedures financieres etablies.                                                           

Profil recherche

  • Diplome collegial ou universitaire en comptabilite, finance, administration ou domaine connexe.
  • 1 a 3 ans d'experience en comptabilite, finances ou role administratif connexe.
  • Experience dans le secteur hotelier ou dans un environnement structure (atout).
  • Bonne comprehension des notions comptables de base.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques (Excel, systemes comptables).
  • Capacite d'organisation et souci du detail.
  • Volonte d'apprendre et de developper ses competences professionnelles.
  • Esprit d'equipe et attitude collaborative.
  • Rigueur, fiabilite et sens des responsabilites.
