Job description

Join our hospitality team and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen operation. The Hotel Steward plays an important role in supporting the Food & Beverage department by ensuring all kitchen equipment, dishware, and work areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, stewarding, and back-of-house areas
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and service areas
  • Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies
  • Assist with banquet setup and breakdown when needed
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Support kitchen and restaurant teams during busy service periods
  • Keep floors clean and free of hazards
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as directed

Qualifications
