Position Title: Hospitality Shuttle Driver
Location: EVEN Hotel - Downtown
Department: Guest Services / Transportation
Reports To: Front Office Manager or Transportation Supervisor


Position Summary:

The Hospitality Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting hotel guests and airline flight crew members to and from designated locations, including the airport and other local destinations. This role ensures timely service, excellent customer care, and a welcoming transportation experience that reflects the brand standards of the EVEN Hotel.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the hotel shuttle in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

  • Provide transportation for hotel guests and flight crew members to/from the airport and other approved local destinations.

  • Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times.

  • Greet passengers warmly, assist with luggage, and provide information about the local area as needed.

  • Maintain accurate transportation logs and follow scheduled pick-up/drop-off times.

  • Communicate effectively with the front desk and hotel staff regarding guest transport needs.

  • Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents immediately to management.

  • Adhere to all local traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety standards.


Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Previous experience in a hospitality, transportation, or customer service role preferred.

  • Ability to lift luggage and assist guests as needed.

  • Punctuality and reliability are mandatory - must consistently report to work on time.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts.
