Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to protect and serve within the vibrant hospitality industry?
Protect US Private Security is seeking a dedicated and proactive Hotel Security Guard to join our team as patrol for a prestigious hotel located in Orange County, California.
As a member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance cameras, and conducting regular security checks throughout the hotel premises.
  • Greet and assist guests with professionalism, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while adhering to established security procedures.
  • Monitor access points, including entrances, exits, and parking areas, to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure the safety of guests and employees.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations such as medical incidents, accidents, fires, or other security-related incidents. Take appropriate action, including alerting emergency services and providing first aid if required.
  • Handle and resolve conflicts or disturbances among guests or staff in a calm and professional manner, using tact and discretion to diffuse potentially volatile situations.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and staff to implement and enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities, documenting findings and preparing detailed reports for management and law enforcement agencies if necessary.
  • Provide escorts to guests and employees upon request, ensuring their safety and well-being during their time on the premises.
  • Act as a visible deterrent to potential criminal activity by maintaining a strong presence and professional appearance at all times.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security management or related field is a plus.
