Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Overnight Hotel Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property. The ideal candidate will possess excellent observation skills, the ability to handle emergency situations calmly, and a customer-friendly attitude. The Security Guard will monitor premises, identify potential hazards, and enforce safety policies to create a secure and welcoming environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular security patrols of the hotel property, including parking lots, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or disturbances, ensuring a swift and efficient resolution.
• Verify identification and authorize entry for hotel guests, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with the enforcement of hotel policies, rules, and regulations, ensuring compliance by all individuals on the property.
• Report any suspicious activity, property damage, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities or hotel management.
• Respond to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fires, or evacuations, providing first aid assistance if needed.
