What You'll Do
Lead the Team
  • Provide daily leadership and shift briefings for Front Desk and Breakfast associates
  • Coach, train, and hold team members accountable to brand and company standards
  • Ensure smooth shift coverage, timely breaks, and on-time arrivals/departures
Deliver 5-Star Guest Service
  • Greet, check in, and check out guests with efficiency and warmth
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve complaints using guest recovery best practices
  • Manage reservations, OTA bookings, billing, and folio accuracy using Opera, Quore, Kipsu, and Merlin
  • Enroll new loyalty members and prepare Elite guest amenities
Run the Operation
  • Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliation
  • Maintain a polished, professional front desk and lobby presentation
  • Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B to keep operations seamless
  • Step in as Manager on Duty when leadership is off-property - handling safety, security, and service issues with confidence
What You Bring
  • Previous hospitality, hotel front desk, guest services, or customer service supervisory experience preferred (not required - we'll train the right person!)
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-focused mindset
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Flexibility for varied shifts - mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
