Job description

Our Expectations:

  • Model, protect, follow, and improve our company culture and standards. It is essential that this person is skilled in employee relations and has a proven track record around creating and maintaining a strong work culture that aligns with our values.
  • Ensure and prioritize guest experience and satisfaction through creating and implementing training programs, applying service practices, preshift meetings and overall creating a guest focused, hospitality driven team.
  • Organize together with our event department all private and semi private events 20-300 guests. Mange all set up, staffing, pre-production, implementation, and execution of events. 
  • Scheduling, labor cost control, assist in interview process and hiring, including BOH
  • Assist in inventory, ordering, invoice management, receiving process, protecting company assets, organizing critical storage areas, managing office environments.
  • Manage and enforce standards and practices with our assistant general manager and floor management team. 
  • Liaison with Beverage Management team and ensure that FOH staff is fully knowledgeable of all menus including recipes and drink preparation in addition to wine and spirit knowledge.
  • Meet frequently with Chef, immerse into the kitchen culture and monitor the leadership, the spending practices, and importantly monitor food quality including event foods, preparation, and presentation as well as sanitation conditions.
  • Assist in, production and execution of social media and marketing initiatives
