It’s five food and beverage outlets range from a 1940’s inspired café on the ground level to a seductive Miami-style rooftop pool deck and bar reflective of the orange groves of Morocco.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Available to work part time shifts with flexibility, on a regular basis.

  • Set up and deliver all food and beverage orders in accordance with established guidelines, procedures and policies as ensuring company standards are met.
  • Ensure customer service standards are
  • Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all food and beverage trays in order to maintain established sanitation guidelines.
  • Complete all side-work as outlined in the hotel’s operating policies and procedures.
  • Respond to customer needs, issues, comments and concerns to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales.
  • Report all communication to shift supervisor.
  • Perform all cash handling responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • One year hotel in room dining experience preferred.
  • Marriott brand and service knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move or push goods on a cart weighing a maximum of 100 lbs., at a continuous schedule.
  • Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30lbs.
  • Food handler certification.
  • Liquor certification.
