At Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area, we're looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and elevate the standard of cleanliness and hospitality our guests expect.
In this vital leadership role, you'll inspire and guide a dedicated team, ensure every space shines, and play a key part in delivering memorable stays-every single day.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and support a high-performing housekeeping team to consistently exceed cleanliness and service standards
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and payroll
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality, safety, and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with other departments to promptly address guest needs and enhance their stay
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies, linens, and equipment are always on hand
  • Champion health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of housekeeping management (or similar leadership experience) in hospitality
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of cleaning processes, chemicals, and safety procedures
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality-related education a plus)
  • Experience with budgeting and payroll is preferred
