Group Reservations Coordinator
Location: Marriott Anchorage Downtown
Job Description
The Group Housing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing hotel group arrangements for clients.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage group arrangements for clients'.
  • Manage room blocks and ensure that all guest needs are met during their stay
  • Communicate with guests for bookings within a group block.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all hotel group block arrangements
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services for guests.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in group coordination or related field
  • Strong communication and customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems
  • Fulltime, Monday to Fridays
