Job description

Job Description
We're looking for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to support our marketing team on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who can move seamlessly between B2B and B2C creative needs, delivering polished, on-brand assets that help drive awareness, growth, and engagement.
Details:
  • Freelance / contractor role
  • Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
  • Approximately 6-8 hours per week, with potential for ongoing work
  • Hours may vary month to month based on business needs
  • Compensation based on experience, skills, and geographic location.

What You'll Do
  • Design marketing assets across email, social, web, and paid campaigns
  • Create print-ready collateral for hotel partners (front desk signage, in-room materials, brochures, welcome pieces, etc.)
  • Elevate the visual quality of lifecycle emails and member communications
  • Develop clean, compelling sales and partner-facing materials (decks, one-pagers, leave-behinds)
  • Collaborate with marketing to translate ideas into sharp, effective visuals
  • Bring a point of view on layout, typography, and imagery

What You Bring
  • 3-6+ years of graphic design experience (freelance or in-house)
  • A portfolio that spans both digital and print work
  • Strong typography and layout skills
  • Experience preparing files for print production
  • Experience designing for digital channels (email, web, social, paid ads)
  • Comfort working within a brand-but also pushing it forward
  • Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
  • Bonus: experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

Tools & Workflow
  • Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Canva (for scalable internal templates)
  • Familiarity with email design best practices (Mailchimp a plus)
  • Comfort prepping and handing off files for print vendors

How We Work
  • Remote, collaborative, and low-ego
  • Clear direction, but not over-prescribed
  • We value good instincts and thoughtful opinions
  • We move fast, but not sloppily

What Success Looks Like
  • Printed materials feel premium-something a guest might actually pick up (and not toss)
  • Sales materials feel sharper and help close deals faster
  • The brand feels tighter, more intentional across every touchpoint
  • The team sees a design and says, "This feels like Stash."
