The Ecommerce Manager(ECM) is responsible for 1) Managing the user experience on the hotel's websiteacross the portfolio and internet booking engine (IBE) to improve conversionrates, 2) Executing paid search (PPC), display ads, and managing organic searchrankings to drive high-intent traffic, 3) Ensuring the property is effectivelylisted and merchandised on Online Travel Agencies like Expedia and Booking.com,and 4) developing and implementing online marketing programs and strategies toincrease sales and revenue for the company, 5) Tracking performance usingGoogle Analytics and channel management systems to pivot campaigns based onguest behavior. As an Ecommerce Manager, you'll shape and execute our contentstrategy, manage digital channels, and strengthen brand presence across thebuyer journey to drive online revenue and optimize digital platforms.
