Job Overview:

The Spa Delivery Driver is responsible for assisting with the pulling, loading, and delivery of hot tubs and merchandise according to the daily schedule, working closely with the Hot Tub Delivery Supervisor. This role ensures timely deliveries to customer locations while providing excellent customer service onsite. Team members will also support the supervisor with warehouse responsibilities upon return. While most of the work involves hot tub handling and deliveries, secondary tasks may vary based on operational needs.

As a company driver, this position requires safe operation of delivery vehicles and proper securing of merchandise.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 /Hourly 

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull, pack, load, and unload hot tubs and merchandise according to delivery schedules
  • Assist with e-commerce shipments and warehouse organization
  • Support projects that contribute to company growth
  • Safely operate delivery vehicles and secure merchandise for transport
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
  • Assist with warehouse tasks as needed, including receiving and staging merchandise
  • Lift and maneuver heavy items (spas 100+ pounds) using provided equipment, dollies, and tools
  • Work in varying environments, including temperature fluctuations, dust, and noise
  • Stock and retrieve merchandise from various heights using ladders, stairs, or forklifts as needed
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings during deliveries and warehouse operations

Qualifications:

  • Heavy merchandise handling or labor experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • Previous forklift experience is a plus; in-house certification provided
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to safety and detail during deliveries and warehouse tasks
