At Spring Dance Hot Tubs, we’re proud to be the oldest exclusive hot tub dealer in the Philadelphia, PA region. We are known for selling hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and backyard accessories. We have sold Hot Spring®, Caldera®, and Freeflow® hot tubs, the highest quality spas available on the market. Our Service and Water Vallet teams stand ready to cater to your needs, ensuring that your experience with our products is always seamless and satisfying.

Job Overview:

Love the outdoors and water? Spring Dance Hot Tubs, Inc., based in Jamison, PA. is looking for a quality individual to join our growing service team in our Spa Valet division. You will be caring for and treating our customers hot tub water. A knowledge of water chemistry is a plus. Training is provided. Prior pool or spa experience is helpful. Company benefits and health care provided.

Daily Duties & Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibly and safely driving to various customer homes to perform routine and seasonal maintenance tasks with thorough care and pride
  • Provide customers with thoughtful, kind, and professional education regarding proper equipment/chemical usage and care
  • Consistently recommend upgraded service plans and replacement parts, filters, and any other accessories required to enhance the customers experience with their equipment
  • Provide water care testing, analysis, and adjustments as necessary
  • Deliver and install covers and accessories which can include cleaning covers and equipment exteriors
  • Maintain assigned van to consistently be in an organized, clean, and stocked state
  • Maintain an impeccable driving record, being mindful of personal driving outside of work having the ability to affect employment
  • Be team player with flexibility to meet the needs of our customers and willingness to help other team members to ensure team success
  • Occasionally assist delivery team with installation as needed
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked service room at assigned location

Requirements:

  • Prior hot tub or pool maintenance experience highly preferred
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine desire to be helpful and contributing member of a team is required
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, walk, and lift very heavy 100+ pound items. Equipment and dollies are provided for large merchandise over 100 pounds, in addition to proper equipment and tools for maintaining spas and saunas

PAY: $26 - $26 / hour + Commission Opportunities
