We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hot Press Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and precision of our products through effective operation of hot pressing equipment. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate hot pressing machinery to assemble, mold, or shape materials according to specifications

- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal operation and product quality

- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime

- Record production data accurately and report any issues to supervisors

- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Must be 18, or older
  • High school diploma, or equivalent required
  • Preferred experience operating hot press or similar manufacturing equipment. At least 1 year in manufacturing is required. 
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to workplace safety regulations
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
