Host / Hostess (Food & Beverage Attendant)

Part-time role available! Includes weekdays and weekends.

Join our team at Homewood Suites by Willow Valley Associates as a Host / Hostess (Hotel Guest Services / Food & Beverage Support). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, guest interaction, and creating warm, welcoming experiences for hotel guests!

You will play a key role in supporting breakfast and/or food service operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and inviting environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do as a Host / Hostess

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner

Support daily hotel breakfast / food service operations in accordance with Hilton Brand and Willow Valley standards

Replenish food and beverage items as needed, including coffee, beverages, and breakfast offerings

Assist guests by answering questions and providing service recommendations

Create positive guest experiences through attentive service (, including pouring coffee/drinks, serving cookies and pastries while warm, and clearing tables)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food service, dining, and preparation areas

Remove trash and reset/clean tables during and after service periods

Coordinate with Guest Services and hotel team members for group needs or special events

Adjusts to seasonal hospitality demands, including schedule flexibility as needed times

Provide warm hospitality and help exceed guest expectations

Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED preferred

1 year of hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred (will train)

Strong communication and guest service skills

Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment

Basic ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed

ServSafe / CPR preferred (training available)

Hilton Brand Training and RAMP certification provided upon hire
