Buck & Rider is hiring Dishwashers who are ready to grow within our brand at our Phoenix location.


Buck & Rider is a high-energy, seafood-forward restaurant known for its raw bar, sushi, premium steaks, and vibrant atmosphere. We are a fast-paced, team-driven concept where every role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional guest experience.


Our Dish Team sets the pace for a successful shift by providing dependable, efficient support to both the kitchen and front-of-house teams. This role works closely with chefs, prep and line cooks, and service staff to ensure all dishes, cookware, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and quickly returned to service.

Day in the Life:
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with team members
Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Keep dish area, kitchen, storage, and trash areas clean and organized
Work efficiently to keep up with the pace of the restaurant
Assist in maintaining inventory by properly handling all dishware and equipment
Follow all health department and food safety standards
Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Support the team with additional tasks, including basic prep work as needed


Requirements:
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills with both BOH and FOH team members
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending and lifting
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain prior to first day)
