Buck & Rider is looking for Servers to join our elite team and support our upcoming growth! 


Buck & Rider is a seafood & steak eatery and Oyster Bar. Our seafood-centric restaurant focuses on a fun vibe, youthful attitude, and clean recipe lineup of food and drinks. Everything is fresh, from the raw bar to the vegetables, and locally driven. The sharp service style of the staff reflects the high standards of the entire restaurant team.


We're looking for positive and professional team members who are excited to learn our systems and develop in our culture. It's your positive energy and emotional maturity-not years of service experience-that will qualify you. Our leaders will help refine your skills.


You will work in one of Phoenix's most acclaimed restaurants, so if you thrive in a high-energy, team-based environment, then we want to hear from you.


Seafood and wine knowledge is a plus-but the desire to learn and deliver the highest level of hospitality is even better.


Day in the Life: 

  • Knowledge of all food and beverages including daily features 
  • Provide the highest level of guest service to brand standards 
  • Ensures all orders are entered correctly into POS (Toast)
  • Demonstrate team service throughout shift in high volume, fast-paced environment 
  • Ensure table maintenance 
  • Process all payments promptly and accurately
  • Accept direction from Management 
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
