Job description

The Manager in Training (MIT) is a developmental role designed for recent college graduates to build future hospitality leaders. Over the course of the program, the MIT will gain hands-on, practical experience across major hotel departments including Housekeeping, Front Desk and Food and Beverage where they will learn daily operations, staff supervision, and financial administration.
  • Assist department managers with daily workflows, scheduling, and staff allocation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Serve as the Manager on Duty, acting as the primary point of contact for staff and guests, overseeing property security, and handling emergency situations.
  • Participate in onboarding and training new employees, ensuring all brand service standards and safety protocols are met.
