Night Auditor

As a Night Auditor, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the nighttime hours.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform nightly audits to ensure accurate financial transactions and daily revenue reconciliation.
  • Manage front desk operations, including late-night check-ins, guest inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Complete end-of-day accounting processes and submit income journals.
  • Monitor security cameras and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Respond to guest concerns and emergencies during overnight shifts.
  • Review and validate tax-exempt documentation.
  • Verify out-of-order room status.
  • Support accounts receivable by assisting with aging reports, collections, and client billing.
  • Enter accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
  • Commitment to excellent guest service, including overnight hours
  • Ability to stay calm and resolve issues efficiently
