What is a hospitality assistant?

Hospitality Assistants are professionals who support the smooth operation of hospitality venues such as hotels, restaurants, and event spaces. Their duties often include greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness in public areas, and providing general customer service.
