Upstate New York Swing Shift Hospitalist Opening
  • A leading regional health system is seeking additional Hospitalists to join their Hospital Medicine team in upstate New York. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established hospital medicine program. Enjoy excellent colleagues, strong system support, and a physician-friendly environment.

HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Evening Shifts: 2pm-12am
  • 4 - 10 hour shifts per week
  • 2 weekends per month required
  • Closed ICU
  • Team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Dedicated team of physicians and advanced practitioners
  • Please note: These opportunities are not accepting J1 or H1B visa candidates.

RESPONSIBILITILES:
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients, including admission, daily rounds, and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely interventions to stabilize patients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in the electronic medical record.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active NYS medical license and DEA
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
